What are Emerging Sciences?

Science and Society

Throughout history, scientific progress and the direction of society have gone hand in hand. In the early 1600's, Galileo described a solar system with the Sun at the center, rather than the Earth, and revolutionized our understanding of the cosmos. His observations had a profound impact on the way we see ourselves in relation to the universe. Similarly, the works of Charles Darwin had enormous influences on everything from ethics to politics.

Scientific progress, however, has not come without a cost. Global climate change, the spread of nuclear weapons, and global hunger are among the challenges we face as the result of the past few centuries of scientific and technological discoveries.

Your Time Has Come

What if there was a way you could contribute to a new area of scientific research to change the coarse of history for the better? The Emerging Sciences Foundation offers a way for each and every person to become involved in revolutionizing the world we live in.

Specific fields of scientific research, which we call "emerging sciences," are working toward revealing an emerging and radically new understanding of ourselves and the world around us. In the same way Galileo revolutionized our understanding of the outer world, fields of emerging science provide the same revolution of ideas to the inner world of human mind and experience.

Challenging old worldviews based on greed, hatred, materialism, and violence, you have the power to change history by becoming actively involved with the Emerging Sciences Foundation.

By making sure the right questions are asked - and answered - by science, you can succeed in making a difference in the world for generations to come.
